Since 1993, our company produces bathtub vacuum forming machines, bathub trimming machines, acrylic and ABS kilns for bathtub processing in order to meet the claims of the leading sector in turkey; construction. We have also consulting services for bathtub production plant installation.

Bathtub vacuum forming machines: Works with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Max 1600 mm x 2000 mm moulds can be fixed. The machine is full automatic; the times in the cycle can be adjusted ( blowing - bubling time, vacuum time, fan blowing - cooling time etc. ).

Bathtub trimming machines: Works with pneumatic systems. Full automatic; after putting the bathtubs upside down on the plate, just "one button" operated. Cutting heigth, cutting speed etc. Are electronicaly adjustible. Cuts between 60 sec. - 90 sec. Requires no different templates for diffrent shapes of bathtubs.

Acrylic/abs kilns: Controlled via 3 zones for temperature, the oven heats the sheets homogeneously. The thermostats are calibrated with infrared pyrometers. By the help of a fan, no temperature differences between up and down. Specially designed for conserving heat. The kiln has 38 kw resistances, consumes %60 of 38 kw electricity under normal conditions.
